COPYRIGHT & USE:
I still own copyright and production rights over the artwork I've made. The client is only granted with a NON-COMMERCIAL USE license, meaning the client is not permitted to redistribute, claim as their own, or alter the watermark/signature.
REPRODUCTION (The right to make copies of the work) and REDISTRIBUTION (The right to sell, rent, lease, or lend copies of the work) of the product is permitted for NON-COMMERCIAL USE ONLY unless a prior agreement and a commercial use fee has been paid and I get a percentage of the profits.☆ ♡ ☆ ♡ ☆ ♡ ☆ ♡ ☆ ♡ ☆ ♡ ☆ ♡ ☆ ♡ ☆ ♡COMMUNICATION
I will keep you updated on the progress of your commission, or if anything comes up that may delay the completion
If there are any major changes to your commission request such as change in character(s), please let me know before the sketch as been sent!☆ ♡ ☆ ♡ ☆ ♡ ☆ ♡ ☆ ♡ ☆ ♡ ☆ ♡ ☆ ♡ ☆ ♡PAYMENT:
Payment is required once a sketch has been sent, but the client can pay up front if they desire to.
Payment is accepted via PayPal, Ko-Fi and CashApp, but I prefer PayPal.
REFUND POLICY
Full refund if I haven't started your commission in the allotted time frame I provided
No refund if the sketch has been sent and payment has been made UNLESS I haven't finished your commission in the allotted time frame I provided.
TIME FRAME/ETA
The time frame, or ETA depends on the commission piece. Please always ask for the ETA if you'd like one! If you have a deadline that you need the commission to be done by, please let me know! Most of my commissions take at most a week to finish, unless it's an animation or a fully rendered scene. Those can take longer than a week.☆ ♡ ☆ ♡ ☆ ♡ ☆ ♡ ☆ ♡ ☆ ♡ ☆ ♡ ☆ ♡ ☆ ♡NSFW POLICY:
NSFW, meaning Not Safe For Work, generally means content not suitable for work or public places. content includes Nudity or pornographic content, Graphic violence, Profanity, and other potentially disturbing subject matter. I have every right as the artist to decline a commission request especially if it makes me uncomfortable.
You MUST be 18+ OR OLDER to purchase a NSFW art commission from me! If your age isn't stated anywhere publicly, ID is required.
ID REQUIREMENTS:
You may censor out private information such as the ID picture and full name, but the Date Of Birth is required and writing of your username from and the social media we've communicated from must be written next to the ID on a piece of paper.☆ ♡ ☆ ♡ ☆ ♡ ☆ ♡ ☆ ♡ ☆ ♡ ☆ ♡ ☆ ♡ ☆ ♡PROHIBITED CONTENT:
I will immediately reject any commission request that may contain the following;
PROSHIP ART:
- Any ship art that depicts relationships that are objectively wrong, harmful and abusive such as, but not limited to, incest, rape, pedophillia, zoophilia, and necrophillia
MINORS:
- Any art that includes minors/underaged characters in a suggestive or sexual manor whether that be suggestive poses, outfits, or situations.
- Any art that is pairing two underaged characters together in a way that isn't platonic such as Sexual or Romantic.
PROBLEMATIC CHARACTERS:
- Any art that includes characters that UNIRONICALLY promote/support hate, bigotry or discrimination.
- I'll draw satirical art, such as Donald Trump and Joe Biden making out freaky style, but nothing actually serious that promotes bigotry.
